Superintendent Paul Chick reported on proposed repairs and upgrades to the building and grounds at last week’s regular meeting of the Hendricks School Board. Chick discussed upgrading the school’s security system, as well as recommendations received from the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).
“We had a team from MDE come down and analyze our school security system,” Chick said. “They applaud the improvements we have made and the efforts we are moving toward. They recognize that we’ve got some issues, although they said all schools have issues.”
