Kari Althoff was on hand to discuss a variance permit for the property at 130 W. Bradley Ave. in Tyler at Monday evening’s regular monthly Tyler City Council meeting. The building, adjacent to the alley behind Citizens State Bank, formerly housed Althoff’s Body Kneads business. Althoff has an interested buyer who would like to convert the building into a two-bedroom apartment.
“The buyer would like to do something constructive with it,” Althoff said. “I’d like to see something in there. I really don’t like to see it set empty.”
