Superintendent finalists chosen

The search for a new superintendent moved into the next phase as four finalists have been chosen to be interviewed. The board held a special meeting last Wednesday to speak with Sandy Gundlach of the Minnesota School Board Association (MSBA) about how to proceed. The MSBA handled the first phase of the process, advertising for applicants for the position and narrowing the field as per criteria set by the RTR School Board. Gundlach said a total of eight individuals submitted applications by the deadline, with a focus on seven who already had superintendent licenses.
