Council discusses construction projects

The Tyler City Council held a special meeting on Monday evening to bring forth a number of items tabled from the regular meeting on Aug. 6.
Engineer Bill Helget of Bolton and Menk was on hand to discuss the recent sealcoating project. The contractor hired for the project was Roger Hook of Russell. Helget said there are still a few items remaining that have to be completed. City Administrator Robert Wolfington said there was an issue with too much pea rock being applied to the streets that should be remedied this week…
